IDS-071 Suzanne McIntosh – The Percolator Fund

Inspired by her time working with Furnace Hills Coffee in Maryland, Suzanne McIntosh founded The Percolator Fund to provide employment and educational opportunities in the coffee industry to people with intellectual and developmental disabilities. The organization also spreads awareness of how disabled employees help boost business revenue, employee morale, and customer loyalty.
